Do I need a new roof or just a repair?
It depends on the roof's age and how widespread the damage is. We do a free assessment and tell you straight. If a repair makes sense, that's what we'll quote.
My roof was just repaired. Why would I replace it?
You might not need to yet. But a repair only resets the spot that was fixed. If the rest of the roof is near the end of its life, you'll be paying for the next leak soon. Run the Roof Clock above, then let us confirm it in person.
How long does a replacement take?
It depends on the size and pitch of the roof and the weather. Ask for a timeline with your free estimate.
Do you handle emergency leaks?
Yes, emergency roof repair and winter ice dam service are part of what we do. Call 905‑795‑0212 and tell us it's leaking.
What warranty do I get?
A 10 year Let It Rain labour warranty plus the manufacturer's warranty. As a CertainTeed SELECT ShingleMaster we can also offer CertainTeed's 5‑Star extended warranty on qualifying roofs.
